Medical Services:
- Draft event medical specs based on medical risk evaluation based on your requirements
- Complete medical emergency plans
- Management of event medical cover
- Fully equipped to deal with a wide variety of patients ranging from minor injuries to cardiac arrests
- Liaise with local and national bodies in relation to medical cover
- Provide First-Aid, Paramedic and Ambulance Services
Security & Stewarding:
- Provide licensed security personnel
- Provide trained stewarding staff
- Advice on staffing numbers and strategic positioning
- Briefing documents provided for all staff matching event management plan
Consultancy & Logistics:
- Pre-event consultation
- Attendance of pre-event production meetings and site recce's
- Manage relationships with state bodies and relevant local agencies e.g. casualty statistics, crowd control and recommendations for future events
